Career Highlights

Following graduation in 2016, Erica joined the USC Keck Medical Center Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, where she worked in the Division of Otology, Neurotology, and Lateral Skull Base Surgery alongside Dr. Courtney Voelker and other leading surgeons. During this time, she gained significant expertise in otology, caring for patients both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. She is experienced in procedures such as cerumen removal, intratympanic ear injections, and ear tube placement.

In 2025, Erica joined Pacific Eye and Ear Specialists, where she provides comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in collaboration with Dr. Courtney Voelker.
